Leslie Roberson is the founder and CEO of The Black Beauty Collective, a Beauty retail store and online marketplace featuring exclusively Black owned brands. A serial entrepreneur, model, veteran, corporate leader and mother, throughout her career Leslie has championed pushing the collective forward through entrepreneurship. Access to quality beauty care that caters to the needs of Black women has long been a need within the community and the Black Beauty Collective is filling a critical gap in the market for both consumers and entrepreneurs.

Prior to starting The Black Beauty Collective, Leslie had careers in corporate recruiting and modeling and has created several successful businesses. With her background in business leadership and as beauty industry talent, Leslie carries this expertise into her work with the entrepreneurs that make up the Collective. She has a nuanced understanding of Black women’s beauty needs, industry experiences, and business challenges that perfectly positions her to support the growth of entrepreneurs in the Collective. By creating a community where support and care come first, she is executing her mission is to help entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level and break barriers to entry for aspiring beauty entrepreneurs.
